MRAP vehicle

MRAP vehicle

It’s no secret that the Department of Homeland Security (when you read “Homeland” think “Fatherland” and Nazis, because that’s essentially the spirit of the term) has been rapidly acquiring ammunition and state of the art equipments, such as armored vehicles.

The amount of ammo they’ve been buying is astonishing – 1.6 billion rounds, reportedly:

…some of this purchase order is for hollow-point rounds, forbidden by international law for use in war, along with a frightening amount specialized for snipers. Also reported elsewhere, at the height of the Iraq War the Army was expending less than 6 million rounds a month.  Therefore 1.6 billion rounds would be enough to sustain a hot war for 20+ years.  In America. – Forbes

HollowPoints

The reason those hollow point bullets are forbidden by international law is because of the horrific things they do to flesh. They are design to open up, or unfold like the petals of a flower, upon impact, creating an array of dagger sharp edges that tear the biggest hole possible in the intended target. Who might that intended target be? Well, by definition it wouldn’t be an invading foreign army – defending against that is what the military is for. DHS is a domestic agency, and so its responsibilities are limited to the domestic concerns:

Where the Department of Defense is charged with military actions abroad, the Department of Homeland Security works in the civilian sphere to protect the United States within, at, and outside its borders. Its stated goal is to prepare for, prevent, and respond to domestic emergencies, particularly terrorism. – Wikipedia

police-militarization

It’s the focus on “terrorism” that I find particularly concerning, because it’s whomever they choose to apply that label to that will find themselves on the business end of all this military ordnance. That includes American citizens.

Rewind a moment to the quote above about how long the 1.6 BILLION rounds of ammo would last in a sustained conflict – 20 plus years! Think about that…

militarized-policeThey are buying enough ammo for conflict within the borders of the USA that could potential last for over 20 years. That’s 20 years of nonstop conflict, mind you. They are providing equipments to local police forces that are effectively militarizing them. Huge armored personnel carriers. New, high tech weapons for crowd dispersal and control, like the microwave and sound weapons. Body armor and helmets, like SWAT teams utilize.

What on earth are they preparing for? I have my own ideas, and it doesn’t take a brainiac to figure out that whatever future they are prepping for will look nothing like the current time. Today, police drive around in essentially “normal” vehicles, and wear hats, not military-grade combat helmets. If DHS is arming these police forces with such gear, as well as themselves, that can only mean one thing – war.

I thought this was timely considering a recent post I did on Transhumanism. The first video is of the Boston Dynamics project called Big Dog. That’s one creepy robot. The second is not a robot, but it is hilarious – watch them in order to get the joke in the second video.

Transhumanism = Dehumanization

Transhumanism: trans – “beyond”, and humanism – “humanity”, as humanism is the “mode of thought in which human interests… predominate” – online definition.

We can’t talk about Machine Men without discussing their agenda to essentially merge mankind with machines. More accurately, this should be called Posthumanism, because what they are talking about doing will essentially undermine what it is that makes us human, and replace it with an abomination – a cyborg, an “artifact”:

Biopolitical activist Jeremy Rifkin and biologist Stuart Newman accept that biotechnology has the power to make profound changes in organismal identity. They argue against the genetic engineering of human beings, because they fear the blurring of the boundary between human and artifact.[89][104] Philosopher Keekok Lee sees such developments as part of an accelerating trend in modernization in which technology has been used to transform the “natural” into the “artifactual”.[105] In the extreme, this could lead to the manufacturing and enslavement of “monsters” such as human clones, human-animal chimeras or bioroids… – wikipedia

What is it that Transhumanists intend to do with technology and human biology? In their own words:

Transhumanism is a commitment to overcoming human limits in all their forms including extending lifespan, augmenting intelligence, perpetually increasing knowledge, achieving complete control over our personalities and identities and gaining the ability to leave the planet. Transhumanists seek to achieve these goals through reason, science and technology. — Natasha Vita-More

Transhumanism is about taking control of our own evolution and vastly increasing civilization’s diversity and capability by introducing new beings such as cybernetic persons, genetically engineered intelligent species, and artificial intelligence. — Michael Anissimov

Transhumanism is the doctrine that we can and should become more than human. — Mitch Porter

Within a few decades, machine intelligence will surpass human intelligence, leading to The Singularity — technological change so rapid and profound it represents a rupture in the fabric of human history. The implications include the merger of biological and nonbiological intelligence, immortal software-based humans, and ultra-high levels of intelligence that expand outward in the universe at the speed of light. – Ray Kurzweil

cyborg1

Kurzweil is well known for his theories on the “Singularity”, a predicted future point at which – after human consciousness has been “uploaded” and merged with advanced artificial intelligence – humans transcend all previous limitations and evolve in directions and at speeds which current human understanding cannot anticipate.

That certainly sounds familiar, doesn’t it? It reminds me of Nimrod and the Tower, all people of one intent and one language, attempting to ascend to godhood. Gilgamesh comes to mind also (he is thought by some to be Nimrod under a different name), lamenting about his mortality even though he was so special, being two thirds god and one third mortal. Reaching for the stars and dreaming of immortality is a trademark of Machine Men, and in the end, their fate is always of the tragic kind, because of vanity and impudence before the face of God.

Speaking of those qualities, Kurzweil is wildly anticipating a stellar future for himself, apparently:

Futurist and Inventor Ray Kurzweil has a plan: He wants to never die.

In order to achieve this goal, he currently takes over 150 supplements per day, eats a calorie restricted diet (a proven technique to prolong lifespan), drinks ionized water (a type of alkalinized water that supposedly protects against free radicals in the body), and exercises daily, all to promote the healthy functioning of his body; and at 60 years old, he reportedly has the physiology of a man 20 years younger… he is just trying to live long enough in his human body until technology reaches the point where man can meld with machine, and he can survive as a cyborg with robotically enhanced features; survive, that is, until the day when he can eventually upload his consciousness onto a harddrive, enabling him to “live” forever as bits of information stored indefinitely; immortal, in a sense, as long as he has a copy of himself in case the computer fails.

What happens if these technological abilities don’t come soon enough? Kurzweil has a back-up plan.  If, for some reason, this mind-machine  blend doesn’t occur in his biological lifetime, Kurzweil is signed up at Alcor Life Extension Foundation to be cryonically frozen and kept in Scottsdale, Arizona, amongst approximately 900 other stored bodies (including famous baseball player Ted Williams) who are currently stored.  There at Alcor, he will “wait” until the day when scientists discover the ability to reanimate life back into him– and not too long, as Kurzweil believes this day will be in about 50 years. – thetechnologicalcitizen.com

Looks awesome - sign me up!

Looks awesome – sign me up!

People never learn.

All I can think of when I read that is how easily God swats these vain men back down to earth when their egos over-inflate to the point of bursting. If I were a betting man, I would bet that Mr. Kurzweil’s future will be a monumental disappointment, considering the loftiness of his aspirations. I got news for ya, Kurzweil – you won’t live forever, not unless Almighty God himself makes you  immortal. If you don’t have God, no matter what you or any other created being does, you will not inherit life, only death. You are not God and will never be God.

This merger of man and machine, coupled with the sudden explosion in machine intelligence and rapid innovation in the fields of gene research as well as nanotechnology, will result in a world where there is no distinction between the biological and the mechanical, or between physical and virtual reality. These technological revolutions will allow us to transcend our frail bodies with all their limitations. Illness, as we know it, will be eradicated. Through the use of nanotechnology, we will be able to manufacture almost any physical product upon demand, world hunger and poverty will be solved, and pollution will vanish. Human existence will undergo a quantum leap in evolution. We will be able to live as long as we choose. The coming into being of such a world is, in essence, the Singularity. – Kurzweil

Hubris and vanity are what characterize this movement, and that is no surprise considering that its primary proponents behind the scenes are our notorious Machine Men, the villainous and arrogant Sons of Cain. And whatever they put their hand to is that which will become poison to everyone else. Guaranteed.

How They Sell It

a pig is a pig is a pig...

a pig is a pig is a pig…

The images I have been selecting here won’t sell the product of Transhumanism – that’s why I selected them. They are more honest depictions, in my opinion.

But Machine Men are experts in lying, and in all forms of deception – so they will wrap up the pig of Transhumanism in a pretty, sexy little dress, put some makeup on it, and call it a Babe. But it’s still a pig. And the fact that they are trying so hard to sell you this pig should be sounding the alarms.

There has been a very recognizable trend in recent movies and, especially, music videos and live performances that put forward the images and concepts of Transhumanism, or more accurately, the marriage of man and machine. They make it very sexy and appealing.

beyonce-cyborg-handOne common technique in the music industry is to have the singer wear a garish, shiny metallic glove on one hand, essentially a robotic hand, while leaving the other normal. Effect – half human, half machine. My guess is that they only go half way at this point to ease people into the concept and become habituated with how it looks before going full-robo. That comes later. Beyonce is one of the frontrunners for displaying the themes of Transhumanism.

Another common technique uses the same half-n-half approach, only this time it is the head, one side machine, the other human.

91-terminator-2-postersbionic-aguilleraThis half/half symbolism is useful to recognize because it clearly shows intention in how they are exposing the viewing public to this concept, and the fact that they are using superstars in the film and music industries should tell you how important the dissemination of this information is to them. This imagery has cropped up here and there over the last century, but in recent times it has absolutely exploded. That is no accident. They are shifting the programming and desensitization into high gear. It appears to be working.

sexy cyborg

How this idea appeals to anyone is beyond me, but then I’ve never been a good subject to these vile snakes. Looking around, I mostly see people gobbling this crap up, rubbing their stomachs, and saying “mmmm, good.”

Let there be no doubt in your mind that when scriptures talk about the “mark of the beast,” it is talking about the changes they are planning with merging their technologies in with your very biology. You can see why the Bible says that if you accept that mark – or change – you  have slammed the door on your own salvation, because the change that is wrought in doing that will be irrevocable. There’s no turning back after that. After you accept that technology into your body, and your DNA is changed/corrupted – you will no longer be human, and you will have sealed your fate.

One more important aspect to this Transhuman agenda is the concept of Hive Mind.

Buzzing Bees, So Very, Very Busy

When they talk of uploading or uplinking everyone’s consciousness to a central server, what they are talking about really is the end of the individual, because what replaces that is a collective consciousness. It’s very important not to ignore this central reality of the Transhuman agenda. When everyone’s consciousness is linked together, it essentially becomes a collective Hive Mind. Think Borg from Star Trek. Individuals become mindless drones following instructions. That’s exactly what they want. In fact, it will be their dream-come-true.

Supporting this conclusion is the following:

One of the early Transhumanist elites, along with Julian Huxley, was Sir Charles Galton Darwin, the grandson of Charles Darwin, who founded the theory of evolution. Here is one of Charles Galton Darwin’s quotes relating to the Hive Mind:

“There might be a drug, which, without other harmful effects, removed the urgency of sexual desire, and so, reproduced in humanity the status of workers in a beehive.” – source

Workers in a beehive – their ultimate goal for the Children of Adam.

And they put this imagery out there in various ways in pop culture. One very relevant example is Imma Be by the Black Eyed Peas. The title is a bit deceiving, because at first blush it is meant to be street talk for “I’m going to be…” Probably everyone stops at that conclusion. But there’s another level to the meaning, and to find out what that is one need look no further than the album cover itself:

bep-imma-be

See it now? “I’m a bee.” I’m a worker bee – mindless, part of the Hive Mind (notice also the electrical plug for a tail). The fact that this phrase is rhythmically repeated incessantly throughout the song leads me to believe that they are attempting to hypnotize you into accepting your new “worker bee/mindless drone” status. No thanks, f**ktards – you can take your Transhumanism and shove it up your tailpipe!

beyonce bee 3Not to “bee” outdone, Beyonce has jumped aboard this trend and served her masters well. Of course she has – if she didn’t, no one would ever hear about her anymore.  She wore a bee-themed outfit performing live in L.A. in 2007. When she first came out on stage she was cocooned in this strange, robotic bumble bee outfit, fitting with 2 Transhumanism themes – cyborgs and Hive Mind. This outfit opens up like a machine and when she comes out she’s wearing the number pictured at left.

Later, while pregnant, she wore the outfit to the right during Halloween.beyonce-bee-1

Finally, implying the bumble bee more subtly through color only, there’s the black and yellow dress.beyonce bee 2

OK, Beyonce! We get it – you’re a bee. Is this just in keeping with her nickname as Queen Bee of pop? That doesn’t cut the mustard for me – these iconic stars are carefully managed and controlled. They are too important to the elite in moving forward their agendas – that’s why they are rewarded so well, as long as they are obedient. I would say that they disguise their agenda with the whole “Queen Bee” nickname stuff ahead of time, then start having her portray the imagery in earnest, knowing full-well that most people will never make the connection.

beehiveartThe “bee” and Hive Mind symbolism go much deeper than this. In Masonry, the industrious (and one-minded) behavior of bees is celebrated with beehive images, visible in most Masonic temples. That makes it essentially a brotherhood symbol.

Even higher than that we arrive at the true controllers: the Archons, the aliens, the agents of Lucifer himself. They are known to have a Hive Mind also, and that should not be a surprise – Lucifer is the top control freak of all, and he is not going to allow independent thought in his operation. ARCHON BEINGAs above, so below. They will impose the same result upon us, through technology. When that happens, the end is not far away. If you accept their technological “gift”, your end has come already.

This is exactly what I’ve been saying, but if you can’t believe me, then believe this well respected intellectual.

From alternet.org:

The actions of the US government in spying on its and other countries’ citizens have been sharply criticised by  Noam Chomsky, the prominent political thinker, as attacks on democracy and the people.

“Governments should not have this capacity. But governments will use whatever technology is available to them to combat their primary enemy – which is their own population,” he told the Guardian.

In his first public comment on the scandal that has enveloped the US, UK and other governments, as well as internet companies such as Google and  Microsoft, Chomsky said he was not overly surprised technology and corporations were being used in this way.

“This is obviously something that should not be done. But it is a little difficult to be too surprised by it,” he said. “They [governments and corporations] take whatever is available, and in no time it is being used against us, the population. Governments are not representative. They have their own power, serving segments of the population that are dominant and rich.”

The Extinction Protocol

June 18, 2013MEXICOMexico’s active Popocatepetl volcano has registered a massive explosion spewing ash and incandescent rock almost 4 kilometers high. Authorities have warned that winds could blow the ash cloud as far away as Mexico City. Inhabitants of villages up to 25 kilometers from Popocatepetl (colloquially known as ‘Don Popo’) rushed out of their houses when the massive explosion reverberated through their homes. Esther Matinez, resident of Amecameca municipality, told Mexican publication La Jornada that the blast was like a rocket explosion. Around 4.5 million people live within a 50-kilometer radius of the active volcano, 650,000 of whom are considered to be at high risk. According to authorities in the state of Puebla, where the second-tallest volcano in Mexico is located, the incandescent fragments released in the blast fell as far as 2 kilometers from the crater. Director of Puebla’s Civil Protection department Jesus Morales said…

I came across this list online of last words spoken by famous persons throughout time, and it is pretty revealing. I’ve picked some choice ones to include here.

People can talk a lot of smack when they’re alive, but judging from this list, the sober truth comes out when time is up. Enjoy.

The Foolish

  • Clarence Darrow, the Scopes Trial lawyer in the famous 1925 debate, while on his deathbed asked several clergymen to “please intercede for me with the Almighty. During my life I have spoken many times against Christians, and I now realize that I may have been wrong.”
  • Talleyrand (called the most brilliant mind of his generation) when asked about his condition while on his deathbed replied: “I am suffering the pangs of the damned.”
  • Joseph Stalin, (who murdered many millions of his countrymen), while on his deathbed – as related by his daughter Svetlana to Malcolm Muggeridge: “He suddenly sat up, groaned, shook his fist at the ceiling as if he could see beyond it, then fell back and died.”
  • Sir Francis Newport allowed his name to used on a brand of cigarettes. On his deathbed he cried out: “Oh eternity. Oh eternity”. And he uttered a groan of inexpressible horror as a cried out, “Oh the insufferable pains of hell, forever, forever.”
  • Voltaire, one of history’s best known atheists, often stated that “by the time I’m buried, the Bible will be non-existent.” His last words were: “I am abandoned by God and man; I shall die and go to hell alone.”
  • Famous French author Guy de Maupassant (1850 – 1893) of whom it was said: “critics praised him, men admired him, women adored him.” Before he went insane and died at the early age of 42, as a result of having contracted syphilis, he penned his own epitaph: “I have coveted everything, found pleasure in nothing.”
  • Julian the Apostate (Roman emperor who hated Christians), was leading his forces in the battle for Persia in 363 AD. He was mortally wounded, and as he lay dying on the battlefield, picked up some of his own blood, mingled with dirt, flung it skyward and said: “Thou hast conquered oh Galilean.” (A reference to Jesus).
  • Robert Ingersoll, noted lecturer and avowed anti-Christian on his deathbed said: “Life is the cold and barren value between two eternal peaks. I strive in vain to see beyond the distant height. I cry out and the only answer I hear, is the echo of my empty wail.”
  • Sir Julian Huxley, English evolutionist, biologist and staunch atheist, on his deathbed: “So it is true after all, so it is true after all.”
  • Charles Darwin, on his deathbed: “I regret that I suggested a theory, and that gullible men gobbled it up, as though it were fact. I never intended that.”
  • H.G. Wells, historian and the ‘apostle of modernism’, and a determined atheist: “Here I am at age 64, still searching for peace of mind. It is a hopeless dream”
  • Tancredo Neves, president-elect of Brazil, during the election campaign of 1985 said: “If I get 500,000 votes from my party, not even God will remove me from the presidency.” On March 14th 1985, a day before his inauguration, he became very ill, and shortly thereafter he died.
  • Thomas Payne, originally one of America’s great patriots in his book: “The age of reason” ridiculed the Christian religion. He slowly lost his friends. He left America and while in England came to a premature death. On his deathbed he said to a friend ‘I would give worlds if I had them, if the ‘Age of Reason’ had never been published. Oh Lord help me. Christ help me. You stay with me. It is hell to be left alone.”
  • Cesare Borgia, a famous writer and politician (it was he who Machiavelli used as his model for the Prince in his timeless novel) was a meticulous planner. He planned everything to the minutest detail. When he knew he was dying said: “When I lived I provided for everything, except death. Now I must die, and I am totally unprepared and un-provided”.
  • Sir Walter Scott the skeptic said: “Until this moment I thought there was neither a God nor a hell. Now I know that there are both, and I am doomed to perdition by the just judgment of the Almighty.”

The Wise

  • John Knox, Scottish clergyman and founder of the Presbyterian Church was asked on his deathbed: “Hast thou any hope?” Unable to speak, John Knox slowly lifted up his arm, and with his index finger pointed heavenward, and with a peaceful countenance he died.
  • Augustus Toplady, author of ‘Rock of ages.” His final words: “All is light, light, light.”
  • Dietrich Bonhoffer, German theologian, standing in front of a firing squad during World War 2, for speaking out against Nazism, “This may seem to be the end for me, but it is just the beginning.”
  • Dwight L. Moody, famous preacher and founder of the Moody Bible Institute, while on his deathbed: “Can this be death? Why it is better than living! Earth is receding, heaven is opening. This is my coronation day”
  • Charles Haddon Spurgeon, beloved preacher and author, on his deathbed: “I can hear them coming!” He sat straight up in bed and asked: “Don’t you hear them? This is my coronation day. I can see the chariots, I’m ready to board.”
  • Sir Michael Faraday, (brilliant English scientist 1791 – 1867), was asked when he was near death: “What are your speculations now?” He answered: “I have no speculations. I rest upon Jesus Christ who died, and rose again from death.”
  • David Brainerd, (well known missionary): “I am going into eternity and it is sweet to me to think of eternity.”
  • William Pitt, British statesman: “I throw myself on the mercy of God, through the merits of Jesus Christ.”
  • Michelangelo, famous painter and sculptor: “I die in the faith of Jesus Christ, and in the firm hope of a better life.”
  • John Wesley, preacher and songwriter: “The best of all is that God is with us, farewell, farewell.”

Fines, Fees, Rules, Restrictions and Red Tape

In considering those that currently rule us, and the mechanism of their rule – government – we need to consider what is commonly accepted as the purpose of government in the first place, and then compare that idea with what the true purpose of government has become as it is now expressed in reality.

The purpose of government is to enable the people of a nation to live in safety and happiness. Government exists for the interests of the governed, not for the governors.  – Thomas Jefferson

A wise and frugal Government, which shall restrain men from injuring one another, which shall leave them otherwise free to regulate their own pursuits of industry and improvement, and shall not take from the mouth of labor the bread it has earned. This is the sum of good government, and this is necessary to close the circle of our felicities. -ibid.

taxes

That sounds about right to me. Simple, reasonable, and to the point. People want government in order to protect person and property from unlawful harm or theft, but only to the point that that protection is serviced well, not to the point of absolute suffocation of liberty. It’s a balancing act, but is not impossible, as is evidenced by the early government of the USA and some other countries around the world. A government that does this will be lean, streamlined, and have only the necessary laws to effect this goal. Think of it like this, Christ simplified the required laws down to only 2, because if one keeps those 2 laws, they will act in all ways according to God’s desires. Simplicity is a mark of refinement, quality, and intelligence. Compare that with government as it exists today.

Good people do not need laws to tell them to act responsibly, while bad people will find a way around the laws. – Plato

So how many federal laws exist in the USA? The answer to that questions is revealing; Apparently, too many to count.

papers“You will have died and resurrected three times,” and still be trying to figure out the answer, said Ronald Gainer, a retired Justice Department official.

In 1982, while at the Justice Department, Mr. Gainer oversaw what still stands as the most comprehensive attempt to tote up a number. The effort came as part of a long and ultimately failed campaign to persuade Congress to revise the criminal code, which by the 1980s was scattered among 50 titles and 23,000 pages of federal law.

Justice Department lawyers undertook “the laborious counting” of the scattered statutes “for the express purpose of exposing the idiocy” of the system, said Mr. Gainer, now 76 years old. –  The Wall Street Journal

So the truth of it is no one really knows. Guesstimates are all over the place, ranging from 10,000 to 300,000 (ibid). So what is the purpose of this mountain of laws, you might ask?

“There is no one in the United States over the age of 18 who cannot be indicted for some federal crime,” said John Baker, a retired Louisiana State University law professor who has also tried counting the number of new federal crimes created in recent years. “That is not an exaggeration.” – ibid.

Judge-Evil--11168There you have it… by creating a mountain of laws, so many that no single individual could ever become aware of even a tiny fraction of them, you have created a situation where you could – if you so chose – litigate successfully against anyone, at any time. Does that serve the citizens? I don’t see how that could be possible. Does it serve the rulers? The Cainites? You bet it does.

You may have the illusion you’re free, but these laws compiled into books are nothing less than invisible fetters that bind you from the time you’re born until you die. At any time of their choosing, they could find you in contravention of one law or another, and “bring you to justice,” if one could call that justice. I certainly don’t.

The more corrupt the state, the more numerous the laws. – Cornelius Tacitus

He should know – Tacitus was a senator in the Roman Empire, and a historian as well. Think of this situation of countless laws as being a big, fat warning flag that dirty deeds are being done. A clean government is an upright government – the kind that isn’t trying to obfuscate it’s nefarious works behind a confusing tangle of legal documents too high to climb, let alone read. Loopholes for them, snares for you and me. Be careful where you step.

And it doesn’t stop at the laws. That’s just the beginning. Let’s talk about all the additional business rules and regulations they’ve added onto the burden of every entrepreneurial citizen… scores of them, not to mention the licenses you need to do business, each one specific to the business you’re in. Wouldn’t want it to be clear and simple.

What about the professionals? Well, we have to include them too – can’t let any opportunity to levy fees go to waste – licensing fees, that is. Want to practice the profession you spent years studying and thousands paying for? No problem – just pay us each year for the legal “right” to practice your profession, and we’ll keep updating your shiny, laminated card that says you’re bona fide – and no one will practice without one. Oh yeah, and don’t forget about keeping up on those continuing education credits – i guess people can’t retain knowledge anymore, so they just have to keep on reviewing indefinitely.

What makes these creeps think that it is their right to place themselves between people and their self-expression is beyond me. But of course I understand why they would want to do that – to make themselves the gatekeepers, the regulators. That is power my friends – and a lot of it.

Saving Us From Ourselves

Just like poor Mr. Percy Schmeiser from the last post, there’s another husbandman that’s made the news recently, having been hauled into court for doing a very terrible thing – for selling food to other people that wished to buy it.  Makes you shiver just thinking about it. Here’s the gruesome details:

Baraboo — Dairy farmer Vernon Hershberger was acquitted on three of four criminal charges early Saturday morning in a trial that drew national attention from supporters of the raw, unpasteurized milk movement.

Jurors in Sauk County Circuit Court deliberated about four hours, until nearly 1 a.m. Saturday, before returning a verdict of guilty on one charge of violating a holding order placed on products on the Hershberger farm following a raid there in the summer of 2010.

The 41-year-old farmer faces up to a year in jail and $10,000 in fines on that conviction. A sentencing date will be announced later, Judge Guy Reynolds said.

Hershberger was found innocent of three charges that included operating an unlicensed retail store that sold raw milk and other products; and operating a dairy farm and dairy processing facility without licenses.

Hershberger’s supporters have said he was targeted for prosecution because he sold raw milk directly to consumers through a private buying club with several hundred members. – JS Online

Did you notice the key terms? Unlicensed retail store… operating a dairy farm and dairy processing facility without licenses. There’s the mechanism for control, and control is what it’s about, not any other reason they might say, and we all know what those reasons are, because they do their best to drive them into our heads through endless repetition. It’s to PROTECT US. It’s for OUR OWN SAFETY.

Yes, you sinister slimeballs – please protect us from ourselves, because it makes sense that our worst enemy should be entrusted with that job. Oh yeah, and please charge us heavily for that wonderful service you are providing.

monsanto_chemicals1It’s not about raw milk, people – though it does have much to do with the health-improving properties of raw milk. They don’t want you to have that. Just as Monsanto is doing it’s devilish best to poison us at every turn, the USDA is doing it’s best to ensure that we only have access to the health-killing crap that Monsanto produces. This is what it boils down to, and I can’t imagine why this is not clear to everyone by now. They are not trying to protect you from farmer Hershberger’s raw milk! The problem is that Hershberger has the audacity to see through their evil schemes, and decide not to follow every corrupt law to the letter. The man is a hero in my book, and if a bigger percentage of the population had his backbone, things would start to change in a hurry.

The countless rules and regulations are there to leverage absolute control for the government – with all those regulations they can always find an entry point – just as with the federal laws. Once they find an entry point, they are involved, and you’re screwed. Once they have you in their courts, they have you exactly where they want you – on the defensive, and that’s when they apply their muscle. Maybe they will destroy you to just to make an example of you to other farmers: “This is what happens when you go against us!” Or maybe they will punish you enough to make a point, then release you to see if you got the message or not.

Mr. Hershberger is not the criminal – the government and the courts are the criminals. Case in point:

Earlier in the day, the farmer testified that he felt betrayed by state Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection officials who raided his farm in June 2010 and intentionally destroyed 2,000 pounds of milk.

He was afraid that DATCP would destroy other food as well. Hershberger said that is why he violated the hold order, taking some food for his family and allowing members of the buying club to remove items for their use.

“I prayed and meditated a lot,” he said about the decision, which he described as an act of civil disobedience. – ibid

There’s another farmer out there who knows a lot about this aspect of government, and he wrote a book about it. He pulls his punches more then I would (he’s wise), but he details exactly how the USDA controls everything through cleverly written laws, and the title of his book says it all: Everything  I Want to Do is Illegal, by Joel Salatin. The following is from that book:

“How much evil throughout history could have been avoided had people exercised their moral acuity with convictional courage and said to the powers that be, ‘No, I will not.
